This is easily the most overpowered move in the game.
By the way; I didn't make the video, but I feel that it's worth watching (Even though most of you probably know about this.)

No, but he can juggle you with thunder which:

-kills you
-prevents you from getting the smashball
-gets pikachu the smashball instead

all at once.

I don't know, in my opinion it's all about peach and pikachu, because of the quick smashes/unexpected counters/good aerials
